We are never able to confirm the make, model or color of the car you will receive. Your booking isn’t associated with a specific vehicle (make or model, color, equipment etc) but is for a group of vehicles with similar characteristics. The main driver needs these four documents to be able to collect the car (all must be original documents and in the drivers' name): a credit card with embossed numbers and sufficient credit to cover the deposit amount and any extras, passport or ID card, full driving license and the rental voucher.

Yes. For most offers on our website you will be required to leave a security deposit when you collect the car.
